During her first night at London’s O2 Arena, Lady Gaga invited Evie Templeton (Agnes DeMille) and Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair) to do a reprise of their iconic Dead Dance from Season 2 of Wednesday, along with dancing to Gaga’s “Love Drug”.
Both actresses bring dance experience to the table. Sixteen-year-old Evie, born in Barbados, has extensive training in ballet and jazz. Twenty-three-year-old Emma, born in Orlando Florida, has been competitive dancing since the age of two.
The Mayhem Ball’s routine performance of Gaga’s Dead Dance was modified to allow Evie and Emma to join in. With the background of a giant skull, the three performers were lifted up to center stage where they separated and Gaga launched into the song. Emma and Evie danced on the wings of the stage and later joined Gaga as she headed down the main ramp leading to the middle of the arena. The three performed the Dead Dance, then Lady Gaga introduced the two ladies to the audience: “Give it up for Emma and Evie from Wednesday!” (Yes, Lady Gaga did mis-pronounce Evie’s name) Afterwards, they danced back to a stairwell where they “died” before the spots cut out. When the lights came back up, they danced while Gaga sang “Love Drug”. The total set lasted about six and a half minutes.
After the performance, Evie posted to her Instagram account, “The most unforgettable night …memories for a lifetime. Thank you so much for having us perform with you on stage @ladygaga.” Emma posted on Instagram, “Thank you @ladygaga for inviting us on stage to crash two songs! This was such an amazing night, I’ve missed performing to an audience so much. Even though I’ve never done it in front of crowd this big before…..eeeeeekkkkkkkkk!!! Will never forget this.”
This is not the first time that Lady Gaga has performed live with a Wednesday cast member. On May 31, Gaga performed Live at the Netflix Tudum 2025 with Jenna at the Kia Forum in Inglewood California.
