Jenna’s newest role is Dior makeup ambassador

Jenna continues to make use of her star power, this time in expanding her working relationship with the French House Dior.

Two years ago, she was a spokesperson for Gris Dior fragrance, and now she has become a Dior makeup ambassador. She describes herself as being ready for the next step in the partnership. As reported by Elle, Jenna’s new role with Dior was revealed this spring, and now she is fronting the campaign for the Rouge Dior On Stage lipstick.

Jenna describes her introduction to the product as being a little stressful. “I’ve always loved makeup, but I’m not, like, a wizard with it, so I remember when I tried on [the Rouge Dior On Stage lipstick] for the first time, I was nervous because I didn’t want to mess up—and then, you know, you have [creative and image director] Peter Philips in the room watching you. But it’s a very easy collection and would be really hard to mess up, honestly.”

Jenna shared with Elle the reason for her choice to branch into the makeup business. “It felt like a natural progression. I was already working with Dior Beauty a little bit because it made sense with red carpets and things like that. I love the team, I had known them for a while and then this opportunity came about. It was a great chance to work with these people I get on with and have a fun time with. I also have never done anything like this before, so it was exciting to try something new. And I like what the House stands for—it’s a bit more about enhancing your natural features rather than hiding yourself and turning into this unbelievable thing. The whole thing with Dior Beauty is to empower the people who are wearing it, which I agree with.”
